To Kyle: I think everyone has family members like that. Just wait until Obama is sworn in on Jan 20th on a Christian Bible. Lots of heads popping! I think it's very sad. It's the same nonsense about him being a socialist like it's a bad thing and being the most liberal in the Senate (when they said the same thing about Kerry in 04 and not even Ted Kennedy is number one). McCain comes from a certain time frame and a lot of his supporters are from there too. He's using old scares to people a long with new scares. Thankfully it didn't work and Obama really kicked his butt. LOL on McCain being a maverick with his supporters. I read somewhere else on the internet someone's kid asked: how can you have two people on the same team who are mavericks? I thought it was an interesting point. I guess maverick is the new term for corrupt. *shrug* I just wish Palin would go away. Oy!

You won't be alone overturning cars, you'll just be the only one who's doing it naked, which will be why the other revelers will be at the other end of the car, making you feel alone. I think the McCain campaign is going for the double whammy - whether they started the false rumors or just let them grow, they certainly have done nothing to dispel them and then let Quinnel up there, knowing she'd repeat at least one of the rumors, so McCain could refute it and appear to be trying to set things on a decent note. For me the saddest part of this story is that I have family members that I can imagine saying those very same things. And that really bothers me because I like my family a lot. Please let your colleagues in Japan know that the vast majority do not believe this stuff here in Minnesota. The issue is on the ground Republicans are being challenged in areas they've /never/ been challenged before. Nobody saw this coming in 2000, when they thought the world was spinning around the GOP. Now its not, and some people are honestly confused -- they can't believe the reality they are in and will work as hard as they can to change the election. Of course, this has now meant that expats get to deal with 'wtf' questions about this stuff. Also, it means when Americans show concern abroad at acts of hate towards creed or race we're going to have less of a leg to stand on if we can't even show tolerance at home by the general populace. (even though in this case 'general' is 'what the heck we saw on teevee')

I see you posting replys on Twitter to the luv2shoppe person. I did also because she/he angered me so and a baiting back and forth conversation took place. This person is an idiot asshole and there are others on Twitter that are so filled with hate. It truly is scary.

I've made a vow to myself to not even bother to answer them. Dust them off like dandruff because it is too aggravating to me. To try and inform them of the truth is futile. There's a Larry guy also who posts falsehoods. Anyway, my point is I like your exhuberance for Obama and I have it to.
