Maybe he's a forward scout for an oncoming invasion. It's not as if Shibuya is anywhere near any forests or known monkey habitats, and there haven't been any reports of this monkey being seen elsewhere in Tokyo until he showed up at the station, so his sudden appearance is truly bizarre. I think it would be nice if every station in Tokyo had a monkey. I don't think they'll ever figure out how the monkey ended up so deep inside Tokyo.
