The ones I can't do without are ColorZilla, DownloadThemAll!, dragdropupload, GmailManager, Google Browser Sync, Googlebar Lite, Greasemonkey, Rikaichan, NoScript, Tab Mix Plus, View Source Chart, and Web Developer. That's the bare minimum. I use a boatload of extensions, too many to name. Perhaps it's a Windows only bug. What extensions do you use? I've got...Colorful Tabs, Foxmarks Bookmarks Synchronizer, Gmail Manager, RikaiChan, StumbleUpon, and Torbutton.
