filehippo.com Update Checker
Take a minute–really, that's all it takes–to download and run this little app. You'll be given a list of links to the lastest versions of a whole slew of stuff you probably forgot you ever installed.
Back when I used a Mac, I paid a yearly subscription for a utility that did exactly this, but it wasn't nearly as simple and elegant.

Just curious, why did you switch from using a Mac?
In 2000 I started working at a company that was Windows only. About the same time my PowerComputing clone died, so I decided to build my own PC and run Linux. I used only Linux at home for a few years, then gradually went from dual booting Linux and Windows to Windows only. Although I've never used it, OS X looks nice, but I don't see any compelling reason to switch back to Apple. And believe me, I used to be a die hard, single-minded Mac zealot.
I've found Windows 2000 and XP to work just fine. They don't crash like OS7 and Windows 98 used to.
"Although I’ve never used it, OS X looks nice,"
Try it, and you will see the reason to switch back to Apple.
And in the new intel-mac's you can have Windows, Linux, and OSX in a single computer at the same time.
Boy oh boy am I a Mac zealot… Bought a Mac a year ago, and I don't see myself going back. The only thing that would tempt me is gaming. I do miss it so.
Here's the Buddhist perspective. Wanting causes suffering. So since I don't want a Mac, I'm happier than the person who doesn't have one but wants one.
That's a good perspective.
Do you know any list of japanese principles ?
Like the principles teached in japanese education.
They are all so sophisticated, polite and zen.
It's a common misconception. Actually I learned that from the Dalai Lama. In school they learn how to obey authority, follow the herd, and don't stick your neck out.
This page is about filehippo.com Update Checker and not the MAC!!!
So talk about the filehippo.com Update Checker please or I will be forced to slide all the way to the bottom of this 6 inch thick Double Wide GigaDong that I am sitting on which is painful and it would be your fault!!!
@Buttboy: If the Apple TV worked on a non-HTDV, I'd probably think about buying one. Some of the hacks sounds like fun.
P.S. My 65 year old mother reads this blog, so please keep your wang out of the conversation.
