Purely Pachinko

Some caveats:

  • This is 40 minutes long. That’s how long it took for me to lose 1000 yen. Some will love it being that long, some won’t.
  • I completly disown the part where I said, “Yeah Baby! Keep puttin’ out!” It didn’t sound as funny as I thought it would. In fact, I sound quite pathetic. I apologize.
  • It sounds boring on speakers, but absolutely amazing on earbuds. In fact, it sounds like you’re sitting right in front of the machine playing.
  • I have no idea how the pachinko machine knew my name and kept calling it out

  1. The sound quality is amazing! Sure it’s long, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. I’m sitting at my desk at work listening to it with headphones and after awhile I forgot I’m in a quiet office building. It’s freaking me out when looking up from my computer and realize I’m not working in a pachinko parlor…seriously this is weird.

  2. Yes, great sound quality. Rich-I thought Pachinko would be a lot more expensive. You only lost 1000 yen in forty minutes? I thought that you could lose 1000 yen in five minutes. I would like to check one out next time I’m over in Japan. Never been to one. Thanks.

  3. That’s really amazing microphones you got there. I think you wrote it but I can’t find it right now, what brand are they? I like how they don’t look too obvious on your glasses.

  4. Pretty cool. The sound quality is really rad, especially listening to it on the homemade speakers me and my dad made out of speakers and wood. I was totally digging the eurobeat music in the background!
