If Obama runs for president…

Published by Rich Pav at 1:08 pm under General

I will definitely do more than just vote for him. Whatever he needs people in Japan to do to get out the vote, I'll help.

Check out his podcast.

Gee Rich, I just saw him on a street walking and I felt like touching him for no reason. I hate to think that as soon as he admits he wants to be a president republicans will start digging dirt on him.

I really hope he runs, he would be amazing as president. Theres a lot of people making a fuss about how he cant win because he's black, but as far as my experience tells me, anyone who wouldnt vote for someone because of the color of their skin isnt voteing democratic in the first place.

Thanks Rich. I listened to the "Call to Renewal Keynote" regarding the role of religion and government and he seems to have his head on straight when it comes to common sense. I hope he really is the way he portrays himself. (I hate having to say that, but politicians are so sly) I subscribed to the podcast, and I'm excited to listen to more.

I find it hard to believe there are enough racists in America to prevent him from becoming president. I can't imagine anyone listening to him and still thinking that the color of his skin matters.

The sad thing is that race will probably be an issue and those who would oppose him b/c of his race would probably do it subconsciously and without hearing speak in anything other than soundbites.
Not only his race, but his singular name will be thrown up by his opponents. Of that I have little doubt.
Ideally, though, that'll be the time for Americans to show that they're bigger than Karl Rove-esque race-baiting BS.

Yeah, I'm an Obama fan as well. He seems to be the breath of fresh air, also known as reality, the US needs..

Thanks for the heads-up on his podcast; I've subscribed to it.. I'm sure you've seen it, but was a good one..

Hhhmm.. The sentence should've read 'I'm sure you've seen it, but his appearance on The Daily Show was a good one'.. Darned tagisms..

Obama's position on Israel/Palestine is the same as the rest of the spineless Democrats… in other words, no different to the Republicans. This is the whirlpool which fucks up the rest of US foreign policy, so if it's not fixed then nothing is fixed. Obama will be a useful idiot if elected.
