Rich I applaud you for what you are doing. My boss wears a sleeping mask when he goes to bed – going on two years now. It made a world of a diiference when he started to use it. He is now a very nice person to work for and not a tyrant that he used to be.

I don't think it's so much that he's strapped down, it's that he has monitoring apparatus that's strapped *to him* so it doesn't come loose while he's sleeping.

I had a sleep study done years ago that came back showing no problems; doc later decided my problem was too much caffiene and late-night computing My father-in-law has a CPAP machine which has helped him out a lot – when he stops being stubborn and actually uses the thing, that is.

Wow!! Your my hero!! If you can sleep like that your amazing.
I have a hard enough time sleeping in strange place let alone
being straped down to the bed.
Its good that you are seeking a doctors help for your condition.
I too have Sleep Apnea. In drug stores in America there many strange head gear appliances for sleep apnea. What kind of surgical procedure do they perform in Japan? Please let me know how it goes.

Good advice. Last week after drinking 80% of a bottle of wine I was shaving in the shower before bed with a new blade and took a chunk of flesh out of my chin. It gushed blood for about 24 hours.

Why do they have you strapped down? Looks like you're in a psychiatric ward! Does the Natl. Health Insurance not cover anything apnea-related, including surgery or medical equipment which is prescribed?

Your lucky the wires were only taped on. In most sleep studies in Delaware and Pennsylvania, they glue the electrodes on. It requires acetone to get the glue off. Does wonders for your hair.
