I've been using DreamHost and I'm pretty happy with them. When I signed up about a year ago, they were offering 140GB of bandwidth per month. Right now I get over 1000GB of bandwidth per month, and it increases every month. (That's about five times what I used in January.) The amount of disk space is just as insane, plus you're allowed shell access, which I greatly appreaciate because I'm a geek.
If you sign up, use the code S90 and get $90 off your first year. That's a bigger discount than I got. There's a button on the right. The commission goes to a friend who's out of work.
