I have no idea because even if they were there, I'd never use them. I saw squat toilets in Hong Kong that had half-heigh doors on them. Maybe it's convenient to see for yourself if the stall is occupied or not, but I like to keep my power dump face to myself so I held it in all day until I go back to the hotel. That would make a great double jeapordy quiz show question. I have no idea because even if they were there, I'd never use them.
