		<description>It looks like the owner of the server gives out accounts to people, but at the same time it&#039;s possible he&#039;s the one running it. I wrote and asked him if he was aware of the BBS and he just replied, &quot;Thanks.&quot; If he is the proprietor, he&#039;s not too bright. His name and address are on the site&#039;s index page.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been noticing a lot more anti-chikan, violence and vandalism posters on trains and in stations. Many of them mention the min/max fines and jail times for offences, and they&#039;re quite stiff.

Next time I come across a chikan, I won&#039;t hit him unless he tries to run away. Never liked hitting people. It always feels like I&#039;m huring myself at the same time. Taking his photo and hopfully recording some audio is more effective. 

The worst thing about sites like that is that it takes individual, self-loathing people, bonds them together and emboldens them in thier persuit to satisfy their sickness.</description>
