An entire Internet community in need of a serious ass-kicking

I was just checking out my Google Analytics stats for the first time and noticed a bunch of referrals back in November from a site with no domain name, just an IP address. Found out someone’s running a BBS there for train gropers to swap stories. A user had linked to the episode where I talked about my wife being groped. 100’s of men there from every corner of the globe, who should be lined up to have their heads used for batting practice. Not at all surprising, but it seems that to them Japan is an ass-grabbing paradise. When you read their posts, it’s obvious it’s not a one-time thing for them, and they won’t stop on their own.

  1. how very sad that a place like that even exists. youre story brought to light the problem of train gropers to many people and made them feel sickened. Its shamefull that there are people who would take pleasure in the story.

one can only hope that there are more rich pavs in the world to punch their faces when caught!

    1. I’ve been noticing a lot more anti-chikan, violence and vandalism posters on trains and in stations. Many of them mention the min/max fines and jail times for offences, and they’re quite stiff.

Next time I come across a chikan, I won’t hit him unless he tries to run away. Never liked hitting people. It always feels like I’m huring myself at the same time. Taking his photo and hopfully recording some audio is more effective.

The worst thing about sites like that is that it takes individual, self-loathing people, bonds them together and emboldens them in thier persuit to satisfy their sickness.

  2. I just asked one of my female email friends if she ever been groped or touched and she said yes.

  3. If you posted their IP address to the right places (digg.com, slashdot, etc.) I’m sure the place would be taken care of… wink, wink.

    1. It looks like the owner of the server gives out accounts to people, but at the same time it’s possible he’s the one running it. I wrote and asked him if he was aware of the BBS and he just replied, “Thanks.” If he is the proprietor, he’s not too bright. His name and address are on the site’s index page.
