Huzza! Wooo-Hooo! Boo-ya! Banzai!

Guess whose podcast just got added to the iTunes directory.

Finally podcasting gets the shot in the arm it needed to break into the mainstream.

Let me tell you, it’s not easy to type and do my Victory Dance at the same time. And no, I won’t videocast it because the dance must be done stark naked, except for the nipple tassles and special little bow tie. (Hey, my dance, my rules.)

  1. Hi Rich, I guess you’ll be famous for a few more than 15 people now! I just wanted to say I enjoy your podcasts and videos.

On another note, you mentioned in your house tour video your old iMac doesn’t work. I no longer have Mac OS 8.6, however I do have Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X (10.1.3) that I can send to you if you are interested. I no longer need these discs, perhaps they can find another user? They will work on your old iMac.

Oh…and glad you weren’t hurt in your cycling accident.

  2. OS 9 (specifically 9.2) is what turned the computer into a paperweight, and OS X would probably run very slowly–it’s a Rev A iMac. But thank you very much for your gracious offer. That’s very nice of you.

Sorry for taking so long to reply. Been busy today. I’m on my way out the door to visit my mother-in-law’s grave.

    1. It took me a while to figure out what questionnaire you were referring to. The one Apple sent me about my experience with their iTunes customer service.

I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it. The day before yesterday I made myself a new iTunes Store account through the Japanese store. Then I submitted three new RSS feeds. They were in the next day, not even 24 hours later. The original RSS feed, which most people are subscribed to, is still in limbo over there. The content of one the three new feeds is exactly the same as the one Apple has been sitting on since June.

      1. sorry for the confusion, had just finished listening to the podcast that you had mentioned a guy giving bad marks on the itunes customer service questionnaire, it was fresh in my mind. glad you got added anyhow, hopefuly draws more people to the great stuff you have going here!
