If I switched to AAC, since I use an iRiver, I wouldn't be able to listen to my own shows anymore! I already spend enough time putting shows together, and splitting each episode into chapters would be a "nice to have" feature rather than something essential. It seems like overkill for a piece of media that most people use once and delete. Plus, I'm no longer a Mac user and there isn't a Windows version of the Chapter Tool available. I'm as eager to use/support AAC as I am Windows Media. From my point of view, MP3 doesn't lack anything anyone reall needs.
